Is anything we know real?

Why here?, why now? why this way? Do we even really exist? Are we individuals or are we all one? Does every action cause a major ripple through the universe? The butterfly effect as such. Choas Theory etc....

Can we ever know for sure? Should we even know at all? Why in fact do we even know that we know? Is this fact in itself the downfall of what we have become or is it the next step in our evolution? Time will tell? Then again what is time really? Does it really exist? Sure we can try to prove it with our little symbols of numbers and letters, but we just made all of those up, so they are not reality now are they? In fact all that i am writing right now does not even exist. It is purely a fantasy of our own creation, of our own minds.....
